During this period, Milestone Construction Company:
- Continued installation of exterior sheathing and air and vapor barrier work
- Began installation of exterior roof blocking, roof insulation and ice & water shield at the low roof areas
- Continued installation of exterior brick masonry
- Continued installation of the clerestory storefront frames and glazing, which is 66% complete
- Continued mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-ins
- Installed ship's ladder
- Started installation of the bridge abutments
- Dug trench for waterproofing
