During this period, Milestone Construction Company:
- Continued installation of exterior sheathing, blocking and air and vapor barrier work
- Continued mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-ins
- Continued installation of exterior brick masonry and metal roofing
- Commenced framing at high bulkheads
- Continued installation of the main sprinkler runs
- Began waterline relocation
