During this period, Milestone Construction Company:
- Passed TPF inspection
- Installed the USG-2, PT-2, SW-2 and MH-15
- Started installation of the metal roofing from 2-3 and 4-5 gridways
- Commenced installation of the rigid insulation
- Started installation of the air and vapor barrier
- Installed and tested the underground sprinkler pipe; passed inspection
- Continued to install LGSSF
- Continued plumbing and electrical rough-in
- Completed installation of the brick column enclosures in the adult reading area
- Commenced installation of the steel plates to box existing WF beams
